Slow Flow (Vinyasa)
A slower-paced Vinyasa class focused on controlled movement, longer holds, and breath awareness.

Vinyasa Flow
A steady-paced class linking breath with movement to build strength, mobility, and flow.

Strong Flow
A faster-paced, more physically demanding class designed to build strength, endurance, and challenge.

Mat Pilates
A low-impact class focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movement.

HIIT Pilates
A higher-intensity class combining Pilates with cardio to build strength and endurance.

Myofascial Release
A targeted class using massage balls and blocks to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Particularly beneficial for those who train regularly.

RECOVERY & RESET

Yin Yoga
Long-held postures targeting fascia and joints to improve mobility and support deep release.

Restorative Yoga
