Ebony (Aka Ebs)
Ebony founded The Anahata Tribe in 2021, starting with small, intimate sessions run from home. What began as a personal need to create a space where people could feel safe, supported, and able to slow down has grown into a studio built around community, connection, and nervous system-focused work.
With a background in the fitness industry, her approach shifted through her own lived experience. After moving through trauma, burnout, and chronic fatigue, she began to understand herself in a different way — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Learning how to regulate, process, and reconnect became a core part of her journey.
Her work now blends movement, breathwork, Reiki, and coaching to support the body, mind, and emotional well being — helping people reconnect with themselves, build awareness, and feel more like themselves again.

Romina
Pilates & Sound Healing Romina has spent years creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and deeply connected. What sets her apart is her holistic approach.
Her classes don’t just challenge the body — they soothe the nervous system. Every session ends with a cool down and meditation, because she believes women deserve to leave feeling balanced, grounded, and restored. Outside of class, you'll often find Romina drinking coffee and dreaming of dogs.
Carly
Breathwork Carly is a wellbeing guide specialising in mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle morning routines. She offers a space to begin the day with a deliberate pause, inviting you to breathe with intention and show up for others from a centred, compassionate place.
Her classes include practical breath practices, a gentle energy uplift, and a refreshing morning buzz to help you step into your day feeling clear, grounded, and energised.
Demi
Demi is the co-owner of The Anahata Tribe, bringing together her background in finance with a deep passion for community, wellbeing, and personal growth. Her journey into yoga in 2023 when she walked into a class led by Ebony and never looked back. What started as a simple step toward improving her wellbeing quickly became a transformative experience. Having struggled with depression and anxiety, Demi found not only a practice that supported her mental health, but also a welcoming, like-minded community that made her feel seen and supported.
Through this journey, she found a mentor in Ebony, whose guidance and passion for yoga played a significant role in shaping Demi’s path—both personally and professionally. This connection ultimately led to Demi becoming co-owner, where she now helps foster the same supportive environment that once helped her.
Demi is passionate about creating a space where others can feel comfortable, supported, and inspired—whether they are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing their own wellness journey, fuelled on by her experience through the transformative wellness spaces she has come to know.
