INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared sauna works by gently heating the body from within, allowing your muscles to soften, your system to slow down, and your body to shift out of a constant state of tension.

This isn’t just about sweating — it’s about creating space for your body to relax, release, and recover. The heat supports circulation and helps ease muscle tightness, making it a powerful tool for both physical recovery and overall body maintenance.

COMPRESSION BOOTS

Compression boots use rhythmic, pressurised air to move fluid through the legs, supporting circulation and lymphatic flow. You’ll feel the compression cycle through the legs, creating a strong, pulsing sensation that helps release built-up tension and heaviness.

Physically, this can reduce muscle fatigue, ease soreness, and support the body in recovering more efficiently. It’s a targeted way to support the body without adding more load or stress.
